Duplicate but deleted messages in Horde

As the headers seem to be specific to KMail I guess this is
originating from KMail.

Would make sense if this originates from KMail.

I don't think clamav is involved here. Or is klamav something
different than clamav?

If these messages are marked as deleted, then you should be able to
hide them within Horde.
