You PHP is not picking up the patched c-client library. If you
correctly patched uw-imap, these values should be defined there:

http://kolab.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs-kolab.cgi/server/patches/imap/c-client-2006k/c-client-2006k_KOLAB_Annotations.patch?rev=1.1&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

(see the patch section for "src/c-client/mail.h")
