forward local mails to our isp

Dear folks
I have configured kolab server with domain name
indo.comthis domain is hosted at some ISP. But the problem is my some
user is
directly logging through my ISP. When i try to send mail from our kolab
server to those user's which is not exists in our local mail server those
mail get bounced. Is any idea to send those mails. just i explained moer --
1. In my kolab server domain is "indo.com"
2. i have created user a at indo.com, this user locally exists this is fine
3. my second user b at indo.com not exists locally ( it directly exists at my
ISP) in this scenario when i try to send mails to b at indo.com i got message
like this
