Kontact and user-specific sieve access

Hello,

I finally figured out what the last unsuccessful contact attempt from
Kontact to my kolab installation is: I was trying to use the sieve
capabilities of kolab from within kontact via my user login.
Studying http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Filtering_Emails_on_the_Server
leads me to believe that kolab only allows sieve script administration via
the administrative account - therefore my attempts to connect to sieve from
my standard user fail.
Is there any way to allow each user to administer there sieve scripts using
there login?
