Kolab 2.2 on Ubuntu 8.04

Much more problematic. From the recent reports and communications on
IRC this version is still very buggy. It certainly improves but don't
expect a clean Kolab server experience on Debian or Ubuntu yet. Or
Gentoo for that matter ;)
