understanding horde and kolab

it is possible to install Horde on a Kolab-Server-2.1.0 but it
requires some manual tweaking. It is easier to install a Kolab-2.2
server as this comes with Horde included.

The drawback is that it is currently only a release candidate and not
yet quite production quality.
