Kolab 2.2.0 Debian packages for etch and mailing list

I searched the kolab-user mailing list archive at marc.info for "Deb 
packages" and "Debian packages"; I found out that Ubuntu 8.04 has 
packages of Kolab 2.1.0 and that Mathieu Parent made some packages that 
are not available anymore at 
http://mathieu.parent.free.fr/debian/kolab/2.2~rc1+20080204
Daryl Caudill also mention a separate mailing list for Debian packages ...

Anyone has any information about that mailing list or a new URL for .deb 
packages of Kolab 2.2.0 for etch or lenny?
