need some helps with kolab 2.2

I have reinstall kolab from source on a vmware machine and all works fine.

I'm trying to get working Thunderbird, but I'm looking for a tutorial to 
share
calendars, address books, and tasks.

Ldap is correctly configured and working.

Where could I find manuals to configure calendars on thunderbird ?
