If you have time constraint, you can disable amavis from inside the webadmin,
to get a running kolab.
Then look in the kolabwiki for freshclam , and how to update the AV signatures.
Then try to start the AV.
check if it is running.
reset the configuration of the mail filtering inside the web admin
