kolab 2.2.0 migration success + horde mobile access problem

I guess you might also be able to just install mimp from one of the
horde release pacakges by unpacking it into
/kolab/var/kolab/www/horde.

It will probably be included in Kolab-Server-2.2.1. The current Horde
version was a frist trial version and we weren't able to extend this
to all the stuff Horde offers (e.g. dimp, mimp and SyncML). But 2.2.1
should see some upgrades and enhancements in that sector. Horde is
currently advancing a lot in the Kolab sector.
