display of cancelled events in horde and kontact

Concerning kontact you should try to use the newest Kontact
version. This may not be completely easy but I believe there exist
weekly development RPMs for debian. On other distros it may be more
complex.

I had to compile a complete KDE checkout on Gentoo to make it work
which was a little bit of a draw.
