Some more changes have been made to that file, but I think that you can still 
install the file.  Get it from:
http://kolab.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs-kolab.cgi/server/php-kolab/Kolab_Filter/Filter/

After downloading diff it, with the one currently installed and judge the 
differences.
