2.1 to 2.2-rc-1 upgrade C): horde login impossible

As long as you have the line

$conf['auth']['driver'] = 'kolab';

within

/kolab/var/kolab/www/horde/config/conf.php

it means that the IMAP server told Horde that the login is invalid.

If you 100% certain that your credentials are okay then the only
reason I can think of is that Horde is somehow misconfigured.
