kolab/issue2349 still present on 2.2.1 beta 1

Hallo,

I am trying to compile kolab 2.2.1 beta 1 on FreeBSD 7-Stable, and have 
just hit issue 2349.

I've modified the imapd.spec file as described on 
https://www.intevation.de/roundup/kolab/msg16342, will see if it helps 
in a couple of minutes, as soon as it finishes compiling (or fails) i 
will report back.
