Creating/deleting folders stopped working

[Vladislav Tchernev]

Did it already couple of times .. no change .. the problem still persists.
How could I  debug this .. any place to look for usefull errors/messages .. 
system-wide or Kolab related logs (I have tried most of them already withot 
success)?
