The version is 2.2 on Ubuntu 8.04

That's what I expected, but it doesn't work.
I enter the first name and last name for the first account, j.doe as primary email
(the domain is already displayed on the screen so I assume I only chose the part before the @ sign) and
in the UID field I enter j.doe at example.com. That works fine.

Then I enter first and last name for the second account, enter john.doe as primary email and in the UID field I enter john.doe at example.com.
The Kolab repsponses with:

LDAP Error: could not add object cn=John Doe,dc=example,dc=com: Already exists

Do I need to configure anything on the LDAP?
If so, how?

Thanks
Mike
