Reset Kolab file permissions

I attempted to install Kolab 2.2 last night and failed.

I backed up my entire Kolab directory as per directions, but forgot to keep
permissions and owners on the files and directories.

I restored my Kolab structure but now of course it doesn't run properly.

Is there a tool to reset the entire Kolab file structure to proper owners
and permissions?
