Bootstrapping 2.2 rc2 openLDAP permission error

It is strange that there are DB files which are owned by "root" they
should belong to one of the kolab-users.

On the other hand I checked on my recent OpenPKG installation and
openldap runs as "root" there, too. Seems weird... I'll have to
investigate.
