This looks like you had problems when compiling clamav. This might
happen if perl did not compile correctly which in turn might be
related to gmp ot compiling. Have a look at
http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Kolab2_Server_Troubleshooting_-_Compiling#gmp_.28and_consequently_clamav.29_fails_to_build
