Recurring To-Dos

I'm no Kontact expert and I currently only use Kontact-1.2.4
(enterprise 0.20070907.709405), but I had similar issues with that
one. What I observed was that a recurring task will only get marked
forward when it was not yet overdue. If it was already overday Kontact
would mark it as complete. Don't know if that matches Kontact-1.2.5
(the version numbers in Kontact somehow confuse me...).

What I'd expect in case a recurring task is overdue would be the
request if the task should be moved forward according to recurrence 

 a) without taking into account that it was completed today
 b) taking into account that it was completed now

So a daily recurring task marked due for 2007/10/15 that I mark as
completed today (2007/10/18) would get moved forward to

 a) 2007/10/16
 b) 2007/10/19
