Horde Login Screen Stuck

The cookie path is in config/conf.php:

$conf['cookie']['path'] = '/horde'; (if horde is located at
"www.my-server.com/horde")

Make sure you delete any old cookies in your browser if this setting
is incorrect.

I'd suggest to activate all messages (including NOTICES) in the
php.ini. Then activate "log_errors" and set a seperate "error_log" file.
