Sync another IMAP account with kolab account?

You can try imapsync but I don't know if that will always work
100%. The correct solution would probably to have imap
replication. But in that case you need to really hack the basic Kolab
IMAP configuration and getting replication to work might be a very
difficult task.

In any case I'd advise to not use the setup you describe.
