free/busy gives error whether access right problem or url incorrect

Dear experts
                  I am using latest stable version of kolab i have some
problem with free/busy setting might be i am wrong some wherer plz pointing
to me to resolve this error

MY server configuration
 Sieve service (TCP port 2000)  FTP FreeBusy Service (Legacy, not
interoperable with Kolab2 FreeBusy)  HTTP FreeBusy Service (Legacy) All
three services are enable.

Allow unauthenticated downloading of Free/Busy information  (this is also
enable)


When creating free/busy lists, include data from days in the past        (
this is blank )

my kontacy configuration is
this url is in both publish/retriver

https://192.168.2.246/freebusy/rajnish@domain.com.ifb
username is rajnish at domain.com
pass            111111

In log file it gives error like this
