giving some error while loading kolab+horde with full version

obmtool tells you in this case that it does not consider the apache
server to be installed. This is indeed strange if your basic kolab
server works since it includes the apache server.

Can you access the Kolab webadmin on your machine without problems?

Since I got a similar error report in the past I assume that there
exists a problem within the spec files that I prepared. They work fine
on Gentoo and Ubuntu though. 

Does somebody have an idea why Fedora might complain about a missing
apache?
