You are trying to write address book entries into the global LDAP
directory. This is not possible anymore with the current horde. 

The problem is that Turba (the Horde addressbook component) does not
indicate that the LDAP addressbook is read-only. It provides you with
a save button that won't work.

I did not find a good solution for this problem yet but created a
corresponding bug in out bug tracker.
