Messages disappearing????

Hi list,

Recently we installed a kolab server. We work in a mixed environment where we 
have Windows Vista computers, Windows XP and SuSE Linux and Debian systems. 
We have installed kolab on a virtual XEN machine that works nicely.

However, recently I noticed that using my own KDE kontact client, messages are 
disappearing from my mailbox. I have the feeling that it is simply a matter 
of a parameter, but I honoustly don't understand how this is possible.

Anyone any ideas??
