I'm currently building the packages for the Kolab-2.2-beta release and
it looks like the installation could be done calling
./install-kolab.sh horde
Actually I was a little bit too tech-oriented in my reply: From the
users point of view you are only interested in (2) and I'll try to
make that as easy as possible for 2.2.
