obmtool install failure on centOS 4.4

Thanks, that absolutely did the trick!

All RPMs did build cleanly (with slight massage on gmp and clamav as 
documented in the wiki).  Now upgrading to 2.1 should finally work. :-)

Any idea why this permission problem occured? I am sure this issue does not 
come up too often, otherwise obmtool would not be as it is, right? Also as 
said before it did not occur with kolab 2.0.3.
