Thunderbid SyncKolab extension

You have to add the button to your tbird.

Step 5: rightclick on the icon bar (next to Stop) go to customize and drag the "Sync Kolab" Icon to the bar, this way you can also include the calendar icon
Step 6: click the icon and the sync will start
