Export an address book from Outlook to LDAP?

In our case, we were moving from Windows to Linux on the workstations as well 
and we did have this problem, so I'm not sure whether our solution is 
applicable in your situation. Anyway, we solved it by using a Palm PDA - sync 
the contacts to the Palm on the Windows machine, then back to Kontact (and 
thus to Kolab's LDAP) on the Linux machine. That worked like a charm - and 
had the added bonus of synching the complete agenda from Outlook as well.
