Since is in the templates since 2.1beta4, which you're using.

amavisd.conf.template should contain something like
@local_domains_acl = ( ".@@@postfix-mydestination|join(", ".)@@@" );
and if it doesn't you probably have copied an old template over it
after upgrading.
