new horde package with new kolab RC1, impossible to login as manager

Works without authentification if horde run on the same server as kolab of
course. I didn't changed anything.
Was for a fresh Kolab 2.1 RC1 install.

It that with or without authentication?  I don't remember whether I tried 
without authentication.  Gunnar: did you change anything in that area (if 
not, how is it possible to it is going work suddenly)?
