get_imapannotation(): undefined function

Please do not forget to mention that you are running Kolab natively in
opensuse and not within the OpenPKG environment. It is obvious from
your problem description in this case but in general it will make it
easier for us to understand where the problem might originate.

There were some recent patches that the opensuse currently does not
support. So free/busy is broken but I think Marcus and Richard are
allready working on the problem. So this should be fixed soon.
