LDAP-Outlook-Thunderbird Schemas

Outlook and Thunderbird doesn't use the same LDAP Schema who Kolabs Openldap is offering.

Has someone a premade Schema to include?

Currently im working with an external Adress DB. There will be a script who export around 9000 Contact's to a csv.
I will re-import with another script the csv file into Kolabs openldap (every night).
With this way i can also re-use the same DB key's twice.
For example:
O: Firma ... (as it is now and works for Thunderbird)
Company: Firma ... (as it Outlook Clients are needing)
