You need anyway a localaccount with this E-Mail Adress to bypass "user unknow" errors.
And edit:

/kolab/etc/kolab/templates/transport.template

external at yourdomain	smtp:smtp.relayhost.de

/kolab/sbin/kolabconf

And check what happens in /kolab/var/postfix/log/postfix.log
Maybe you need also to edit
Tls_sites
Sasl_passwd 
Main.cf

Depends on your relayhost ;)
