Apache does not start

I don't have much of a clue about the Apache on OpenSUSE but the error
message means that the SSL module was not activated in your case. I
assume that the -DSSL switch is supposed to do that, but without
knowing how your Apache is configured, I am unable to tell what
exactly fails here.
Just as a note: the Kolab server has significantly better support for
the OpenPKG platform. If you are using one of the native versions you
usually will have to have in-depth knowledge of how to handle postfix,
cyrus imap, slapd, amavis and apache.
I'm not saying this to discredit the native versions - as I am also
maintainer of the native Gentoo port :) - but in general the Kolab
experience will be more enjoyable on OpenPKG.
