QMail => Kolab migration

For example, in my home directory for my account - eknuds - I have a 
file called .qmail-kolab.
Anything sent to eknuds-kolab at knudstrup.org will be delivered according 
to the directions laid out in this file.
In this case I have chosen to have it placed into a special Kolab folder.
