Mutt and kolab-cyrus-imapd

We use mutt a lot to access the cyrus imapd that runs inside of our Kolab 
Server, so I am quite sure that it works.

There is an elder, probably out of date, raw document how to 
configure mutt for use with Kolab Server:

It might give you some more variations to try.
