Kolab Server 2.1 Release Candidate 2 released

Because we want to publish a tested release.

We well update all components as soon as 2.1.0 (final) is published,
so 2.1.1 will probably contain spamassassin 3.1.8.

If you're brave you can download spamassassin 3.1.8 from OpenPKG and
try to --rebuild it. Maybe the dependencies have to be adjusted.
