horde + kolab compatibility and more support

Horde should *NOT* be used on a production server at the moment. The
integration between Horde and Kolab is under heavy development and
Horde is not at all stable on a Kolab server (not even on Gentoo).

There is a reason why I put the big warning sign on the Horde wiki
page.

I do hope that integraton will be completed and reasonably stable
within the next few months.
