Unabel to open Horde web client

Dear friends
                  I have installed Kolab+horde on centOs like this


wget -q -r -11 -nd --no-parent
httpd://max.kde.org:8080/mirrors/ftp/kolab.org/server/beta/kolab-
server-2.1-rc-1/sources/

rm obmtool.conf

 wget -q -r -l1 -nd --no-parent
http://build.pardus.de/downloads/kolab-horde-tmp

sh obmtool kolab


It's loaded successfully but i am not able to open horde web tool,  But i
can open kolab admin  (https://host.domain.com/admin)
But I am not able to open Horde   http://host.domain.com/horde  web page for
configuration
