multiplying entries in outlook group calendar

To my best knowledge, the sources of duplication are not fully understood.
We know one case involving hitting a quota 
will lead to duplication of objects.
Newer Toltec warn the user if a quota might be hit, 
which should rule out this case pretty well.

Once we have made a very specialisted expert script to catch certain kinds
of doubles and move them away.
