adding,deleting users

[CISCO - Kameko]

Am using kolab 2.01 on a suse 10.1. I added a user email with a format
user.company at domain.com and user-company at domain.com but when I send an email
to this user it bounces back and cannot even login with the users details.
Is that format accepted in kolab?

 

Another thing is when I delete a user email address its listed at
'deleted...waiting for clean up'. How can I perform the clean up?
