Just a guess ... as I never install horde integrated into kolab, but ...

@trigger ${altloc}apache-1.3.33-2.4.5_kolab \

should be

@trigger ${altloc}apache-1.3.33-2.4.5_kolab2 \


Try changing that obmconf file you downloaded, and give it another go.
