The correct way of install kolab

Hi i must do 2 questions:

1) I have a debian dist installed.
i need to intall kolab open pkg
before, i try to install kolab from apt sources of debian
ann not susesfully
then i delete the old kolab and my question is
is a conflict the old packages uninstalled
with the openpkg kolab?
must i install a new debian?
i delete
old kolab, slapd, apache2, sasl, kolab-cyrus-imap

2) if this is not a conflict:
i download the complete list of packages to a /kolabtemp dir
then
 ln /usr/local/kolab /kolab
and
sh obmtool kolab
then showme the next error 20 minutes more late:
