create mailboxes

Hi,

Can anybody tell me when Kolab creates the mailboxes? They don't seem to 
appear just after I create a user. 

Is it a cron job of some kind?
Can this be set in some way?
What is the daemon responsible for this?

I can see in the log of imapd than "manager" keeps connecting every so often 
but my new mailboxes are not created. What am I doing wrong?
