Kolab 2 with Cyrus 2.3.1 ?

Agree on the way of proceeding. Changing the release of Cyrus from 2.2
to 2.3 which is the developed version (the 2.2 is only in maintenance)
that, while giving a good performance improvement stating from release
notes, will allow future integration and/or immediate customization of
replication functionality which is very important for HA infrastructures.
