Good morning,
We have a server running Kolab 2.0.1, that we wish to update to 2.0.3.
The situation we're facing is that :
- Server is a Red Hat Enterprise, x86_64
- 2.0.1 was compiled on a 32b architecture (as openpkg 2.2.3 and/or some
other packages were not working when compiled in 64bits), and installed on
the 64b server (everything works fine)
- 2.0.3 seems to compile just fine on x86_64
So questions are :
- Does anybody run kolab 2.0.3 on an AMD64 based server (I couldn't find
any testimony on that point) ?
- Is there a risk updating using normal procedure ("./obmtool kolab") ?
- As anyone already done/test that ?
My main concern is wether or not to compile 2.0.3 on a 32b server before
installing it to the 64b one.
Thanks in advance.
