Try rebuilding the ldap database:

db_recover located in /kolab/bin/
cd /kolab/var/openldap/openldap-data
ln -s /kolab/bin/db_recover
/kolab/bin/openpkg rc all stop
in the openldap-data directory (/kolab/var/openldap/openldap-data) run ./db_recover
/kolab/bin/openpkg rc all start
