delete a folder in kmail

Dear list,

a few days ago I asked where the "delete" function for a kmail folder was 
gone. Some of you explained that there was a decision to simply remove it 
from the popup menu.

In my eyes this decision has returned kmail a good (bad) bit less intuitive 
than it was before. 

Even my Mom would expect to find a delete function very close to the place 
where she found the create function. Though, the developers have decided to 
put the delete function in the dropdown menu above and remove it as a context 
sensitive item. The create function was decided to remain in the context 
sensitive menu. 

If you agree with me that this design decision is a severe regression in terms
